Del 5 al 7 de octubre se realizará en nuestro país el Congreso de la IEEE "Innovative Smart Grid Technologies (ISGT-LA 2015) Latin American". La actividad es patrocinada por la IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES).
El ISGT-LA 2015 fue declarada de interés turístico por el Ministerio de Turismo.
