C 0 -stability for actions implies shadowing property.

In this paper we consider actions of the free group on two generators. We prove that an action of this group on a compact manifold of dimension greater or equal to two that is C 0 -stable must have the shadowing property. We also construct both a C 0 and a C 1 -stable action on S 1 .
