Resumen: I will start the proof of the conjecture of Ramagge Steger and Robertson providing the best polynomial of the property of rapid decay for groups acting simply transitively on A2 buildings.
It will be indeed a proof using many tools well understood in the case of negative curvature such as Busemann functions, Gromov products, shadow lemma etc etc.
The method is based on boundary representation corresponding of the action of the group on the Furstenberg boundary of the A2 buildings.
